Q: Can you ship products outside of the UK?
A: Yes. We provide shipping to all domestic and most international locations with a valid address. For a comprehensive list of countries, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery section.

Q: How do I find out my ring size?
A: All our rings are adjustable ; most have a ‘hidden’ opening at the top of the ring, rather than the base. See our detailed pics under the relevant item number for detailed information.

Q: My card is not being accepted at the checkout. What can I do?
A: Double check your address and full card card information. Sometimes even something as small as a missing space can cause a card to be declined. Alternatively contact your card provider. 

Q: What shipping method do you use? 
A: Our products are sent out via Royal Mail and other International Carriers.

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: if the item is in stock, we will despatch your order within 3 working days of receipt . if the item is momentarily out of stock, we will email you and let you know approximate lead time.

Q:What is the jewellery made from?
A: all our pieces are silver or gold plated. Layers of pure silver or gold are electroplated onto a copper base.
different gemstones and colourful quartz are also used.
OUR JEWELLERY IS NICKEL FREE AND HYPOALLERGENIC.

Q: Will my jewellery tarnish?
A: Tarnish is inevitable, as each time you wear your jewellery it is exposed to oxidising agents in the air and the natural oils and moisture your skin produces, which react with the top layer of metal. This can change its appearance over time and may cause the layer of silver or gold to eventually fade on plated pieces with general wear and tear. Tarnish can be easier removed from sterling silver with appropriate cleaning products, which will make the product like brand new again.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Please see our Returns Policy under the relevant header on our website.
Items need to returned in the condition (and packaging) in which they were sold unless faulty.
We cannot accept returns on earrings due to health and hygiene regulations.

Q: How long are your necklaces?
A: We offer a variety of necklaces in different lengths.
